Terms of use

The short version: use the app, don’t rely on it as medical advice.

Last updated: 2026-09-29

The agreement

Calyvento is distributed through the Apple App Store and is covered by Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement, which you can read at apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula. These terms sit alongside it and describe how we intend the app to be used.

Not medical advice

Calyvento is a wellbeing tool, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any condition. The movements in the app were prepared by a licensed physiotherapist as a general desk programme; they are not a personal prescription and cannot account for your history.

Stop if a movement hurts. Stop if you feel dizzy. Talk to a qualified clinician before starting if you are under treatment, recovering from an injury or operation, pregnant, or unsure whether a movement is right for you. You take part at your own risk.

Subscriptions

Calyvento Plus is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple Account. It renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and you can manage or cancel it at any time in App Store settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.

What we can’t promise

The app is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and reliable, but we can’t guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use, to the extent the law allows.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, the change will be noted on this page with a new date, and — where it affects how the app behaves — announced in the app.
